Hi again,
I am Thomas, some of you may know me, so of you may not. I am here to explain some of the forum rules and guide lines to you, so your life is easier when participating on the forums.

1. Back-seat Moderating
Back-seat moderating is not something a lot of users like to see. They feel as if you are talking down to them, when you really have no power over them, so... avoid an argument or having other forum users bash on you for Back-seat moderating. It could lead to a staff member giving you an infractions if they stumble across your post or if it's reported.

2. Spamming
It doesn't do us or you any good to go on topics and post spam, this can be a bunch of random letters, numbers or spamming the same thing over and over and over again. We understand double posts can happen sometime do to connection issues, so I wouldn't be to worried about that, but if you do decide to post something, at least try to make it a couple complete sentences. One word replies can be consider spam and you may be infracted for it.

3. Grave Digging
Grave digging has been a big issue with staff, yet, I don't think they completely understand what grave digging really is, which is fine, they will learn along with you. Grave digging can be consider if posting on a "normal" users topic that's old then a couple months. If the topic was posted in the same month you are replying to it, you are usually safe, but some topics can be older then 2 months and you would still be fine to post on it. You may post on staff topics when ever you like. There is no such thing as grave digging on a staff members post or such forums such as Announcements. Just be sure to check the date of a topic you are about to post on if it happens to belong to a "normal" user, so you can avoid a grave digging infraction.

4. Flooding Thread Views
Flooding thread views is not something we really look into, but it's kinda dumb to do it. Just because it has more views, doesn't mean it will be looked at anymore then a new topic that was posted 5 minutes or 5 days after you. So, don't waste your time doing that, it doesn't help you.

5. Flaming
This can be easily avoided. Most mothers would tell you that fighting doesn't really accomplish anything besides giving you a bigger ego and bruises. This is the internet, people will be ignorant at times, just don't get involved in their messed up views. If you know you're right, just be the bigger man and walk away, well in this case, ignore them because it's not worth you getting an infraction for someone being dumb.

6. Trolling
Yes, at time this may be fun and entertaining watching someone get mad at your nonsense, but to help keep the community a non-volatile environment, please don't insist on trolling people. All it's gonna do is make your fellow user upset and lead to worst trash talk. You will be infracted if caught.

7. Swearing
This is a very lenient guide line. We use a filter, so most words you can possibly say will be translated into a less offensive word, so I wouldn't be to concerned about it, now if you try to by-pass these filters in place, by using spaces in your language which may contain a word that has been black listed, you may possible get a infraction against your account and your post being removed. Leaving you with 1 less post count on the server.

8. Posting in correct forums
This is very easy to understand and I shouldn't need to explain it much, if I was to sell my Runescape account, I would post it under the forum called "Black Market". I wouldn't posted it in Support and Help. Get what I'm saying? Just double check what forum your in before posting to avoid a possible infraction.

9. Double posting
Double posting can be very annoying and we don't want to see someone spamming a thread, It gets ridiculous, So just take two seconds and USE THE EDIT BUTTON. If you realize that you double posted, just edit the post and say something like, "sorry double posted please remove." One of our staff will pick it up and remove it.

The Basics:
Don't do the following:

1. Scamming
2. Advertising websites
3. Self-vouching
4. Pornography
5. Racism
6. Virus / Virii
7. Graphic Material.
8. False Accusations
9. Giving false feedback

- Failure to follow these rules will receive consequences.
- Failure to follow these rules multiple times will receive serious consequences.
